Superposition New Delhi with a team of 9 amazing women and 1 mission-to bridge the gender gap in STEM is organizing Hack Wizard
Hack Wizard is a 48 hours virtual hackathon for women. Participants will form teams, code projects, attend workshops/panels, network and most of all, have a lot of fun!
Hackathons are competitive coding events where teams have limited time to develop a solution to a real-world problem using technology. In teams of 4, students will work together to build a project and pitch their solution to a panel of judges for the chance to win awesome prizes. Overall, hackathons are here to provide a supportive environment with free food, mentors, and awesome activities to help you learn and succeed!
Although we encourage you to participate in as many workshops as you can to maximize your experience at Hack Wizard. Feel free to log off and take breaks in between.
You don't need a team to participate. You can find a team on our slack or team forming sessions.
We only allow female-identifying and non-binary in high school and college to participate in our hackathon. If you're a female-identifying or nonbinary middle school student interested in participating, drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
Absolutely not! We are a beginner-friendly hackathon and will have a lot of introductory workshops.
To ensure fairness, we want all participants to start a project from scratch once they form a team at our event. Feel free to brainstorm ideas beforehand!
We are looking for panelists, mentors, judges and ambassadors. If this is something you'd be interested in or want to know more about drop us a mail at email@example.com
Other than your enthusiasm? Nothing, nada, nil. Hack Wizard is absolutely free!
